I’m Charlene Kingston, the information strategist behind the Crow Information Design.
I started Crow Information Design in 1995 after more than 10 years experience in the software user assistance field. I’ve managed user assistance departments, provided user assistance products to software companies, and consulted on enterprise software implementation projects.
In other words, I’ve walked a lot of different paths.
Let me apply my experience to help your users perform better!
